The foundation of my artistic endeavours has always been centred around the study of light, a  fascination with its interaction and obstruction upon subject matter and the emotional atmosphere that it can evoke within an individual. The medium of photography has always felt natural in my attempt to explore and capture this, employing it in conceptual pieces that parallel the environment and human experience. In addition to digital and analogue photography, my recent works have delved into the inventive techniques that conceived photography, cyanotypes and photograms, seeking to study form and light manipulation in its purest form and grasp their potential utility for contemporary expression
